Our client, a reputable commercial bank in Lagos, Nigeria, urgently seeks to hire a Group Head/Head Financial Institution who will support the corporate banking strategy by cultivating and managing corporate customers (within assigned industry) and providing a full spectrum of financial services to these clients to ensure a substantial contribution to the liquidity and profitability of the group and overall customer satisfaction.

Salary: 30.1m – 40.3m Annually

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the activities of the team based on the sector

2. Ensure liability / deposit mobilization

3. Coordinate sourcing and development of risk assets portfolio for the team

4. Ensure effective management of existing relationships within the team

5. Carry out credit analysis and administration for the department’s risk assets to ensure that they are not delinquent 6. Prepare reports for management usage
