We are currently looking for: IT Support Jr.

Position Overview

Functioning as part of the Local IT Support Team on our Guadalajara Office, individuals in this position will serve as the first point of contact providing day-to-day On-Site.

Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
• Creating and managing accounts for all of our agents.
• Deploy and support software to end-users
• Respond and provide assistance to support requests using our Ticket System.
• Responsible for ensuring the equipment for new hires.
• Network managment and support.

Qualifications
• Bilingual: Spanish - English B2
• 6+ months of experience in IT support roles (Preferred)
