Role:
• To be part of the team and to share with other staff in meeting the needs of the Residents in such a way that shows respect and upholds the dignity of the Individual. All actions should be aimed at promoting independence and self – sufficiency
• To help to maintain the care and presentation of the Residents physical environment and the general day to day activities of the Home

Responsibilities:
• To assist or carry out the care required for personal care; washing, bathing, dressing, undressing, toileting and use of incontinence aids, in line with the Individuals Care Plans
