Main accountabilities include:
• Deliver new technologies for emergency lighting and sensors: From concepts to prototypes that can be transferred to development.
• Creation of the technology strategy and roadmap for emergency lighting and align it with the product strategy / roadmaps.
• Support the creation of product strategy / roadmaps for emergency lighting.
• Instigate major contributions to the conception and development of products for the Company’s portfolio at Spennymoor.
• Coach, inspire and lead team members and support their professional growth and development.
