Job Purpose

Working as part of the service department, the Service Engineer services, maintains, fault find and fixes issues with Heat Pumps, Solar (PV and Thermal) systems, and the associated equipment installed.

The role comes with an assigned company vehicle for business use. Service engineers are expected to keep their van, tools and equipment clean, safe, calibrated and operational. Shared tools should be returned to the service store in the above condition. You will be expected to wear company uniform at all times. This should be kept clean and smart. Uniform and PPE will be provided.

The person in this role needs to be approachable, helpful, polite, conscientious and diligent.
