Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety programs
• Plan and implement a production schedule and adjust if needed
• Determine the human and material resources required and manage to meet production targets
• Monitor quality standards of products and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
• Implement cost control and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
• Ensure the standard operating procedures are adhered to health and safety
• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems

Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in production, maintenance or mechanical engineering
• Fluency in English is a must
• Good knowledge of mathematics skills
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office
