Job description:
• Manage import & export shipment activities from multi-lanes, including customs clearance and documentation to ensure it is running smoothly.
• Cooperate with cross-functional departments such as Merchandise, Allocation, Operation, Finance, COE, Invoicing team, and others to ensure all Importation activity will be performed efficiently to support business growth as company goal.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to imports and exports by cooperate with HQ in Indonesia
• Monitor and analyze import/export data to identify compliance issues and take corrective actions.
• Maintain and update the import/export compliance database.
• Monitor and report of import shipment and license tracker.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, Customs broker and other third parties to ensure shipment will be arrive on time and accurate import/export processes and license regulations and paperwork.
