Job Summary: The incumbent will be accountable for developing and implementing Sales strategy and plan for respective Store for achieving company's sales number and profit goals in store.

Responsibilities : Responsible for Sales Target as well as Sales Budget, Analyzing store sales, operational and generating reports on the daily/monthly/yearly sales for planning and reviewing purposes.
• Monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores daily; including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion, and customer service.
• Maintaining relationships, communicating & negotiating with all area partners also implementing changes and improvements required by the management.
• Manage the recruitment, training, development and succession planning for store.
• Ensure regular and clear communication with store team on business performance with brand’s DNA culture & core values.
