Job Description
• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive reliability program for our bio plastic manufacturing processes.
• Conduct reliability assessments on production equipment and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal efficiency.
• Analyse equipment failure data and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to optimise preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Utilise reliability-centred maintenance principles to enhance the life cycle of critical assets.
• Conduct root cause analyses for equipment failures and implement solutions to address underlying issues.
