Introduction

De Wetshof Estate, a third generation family owned winery outside Robertson has a vacancy for a Tasting Room Manager / Brand Ambassador.

The suitable candidate must possess a friendly, warm, and extroverted personality and behave with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Receive incoming phone calls
• Managing the tasting room and presenting wine tastings to guests
• Stock control and management
• Daily sales recon
• Implement dynamic operational working procedures to support excellent service delivery
• Coordinate our wine club and online sales
• Hospitality duties such as VIP tours/tasting and special events.
• Trade visits
• Presenting the estate at wine shows and events

Desired Experience & Qualification
• Own transport
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends and ,public holidays
• Five years relevant experience in the wine industry and computer skills (Pastel)
