Background:

Odessa FO has WASH programme under its AOR covering Odessa, Mykolaiv Oblasts respectively, with potential addition of areas in Kherson Oblast aslo. WASH programme in Odessa FO has estimated annual budget of size USD 15 million to implement both humanitarian responses and early recovery projects.
