Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conveyancer at PCW LAW LIMITED, located in Auckland. The Conveyancer will be responsible for the preparation and review of legal documentation for property transactions, liaising with clients and other legal professionals, conducting property searches, and providing legal advice and support in relation to property matters.

Qualifications
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Conveyancer
• A degree in Law, or a related field
• Strong understanding of property law, conveyancing, and land titles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Sound knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as Action Step and other case management systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review complex legal documentation
• Experience in providing exceptional client service and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders
