IT Project Facilitator

The IT Project Facilitator, positioned within the ICT Department and reporting to the Project Manager, plays a vital role in facilitating the successful delivery of the company's Project Portfolio.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee project activities and resources.
• Define project requirements, scope, and objectives in collaboration with staff.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring comprehensive records and timely handovers.
• Monitor project progress, promptly addressing and escalating issues as needed.
• Analyze risks and opportunities, preparing budgets and handling invoices.
• Conduct testing coordination, ensuring adherence to standards and requirements.
• Plan and assist migrations with the Data Team.
• Lead smaller projects, sub-tasks, and actively contribute to system update planning.
