Job Description

Assistant Controller at a global publicly traded industrial company.

Including:
• Preparation of quarterly financial reports by US GAAP & managerial reports.
• US/Il compliance reporting including direct and indirect tax filings
• Support US/Il local regulations and activities including local insurance
• Lead projects and activities including as part of establishment of new activity addressing local compliance and reporting requirements, lead activities with the US team and consultants
• Control over inventory management and valuation, includes stocktaking.
• Performing and reviewing internal controls and SOX controls.
• Working environment includes mainly SAP ERP system and MS Office.
