We are seeking an Administrative Officer I to work in the Estates Maintenance team with responsibility for mechanical and electrical maintenance and minor works. Reporting to the Director of Estates or their Nominee, the successful candidate will work as part of a team in a busy, challenging, and highly automated environment. The Estates Team provides support to both Maynooth University and our campus partners, St. Patrick's College Maynooth across a variety of services including mechanical and electrical. It is expected that the successful candidate will impact the operational effectiveness of mechanical and electrical systems, the quality of the facilities, and the service provided in addressing issues that may arise. They should, therefore, have a working understanding of the differing challenges of each of these environments.
