Position Summary:

A Subway Training Manager is responsible for instructing, directing, and coaching all staff members to meet the needs of our guests and our daily operations to provide outstanding customer service.

Principle Responsibilities:
• Have thorough knowledge and understanding of all Company products, services, and procedures.
• Direct staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Provide constructive feedback and rewards accomplishments.
• Utilize Subway training tools and checklists to track new hires’ progress and ensure guidelines are being followed.
• Supports management by training new team members, restocking products, and maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Trains new team members on Customer Service Excellence, break baking, opening, and closing procedures, cash register including cash handling procedures, cleaning and maintenance procedures, and other Subway standard procedures.
