Are you a high caliber Legal Advisor looking for your next career move? We are seeking to recruit a Legal Advisor to join our team of professionals. As a Legal Advisor you will part of the Legal Services Department of the Bank which is primarily responsible for the management of the Group’s legal risk. Your responsibilities will include, inter alia, the provision of legal opinions/advice, the drafting of documentation, and other tasks aiming to support management from a legal perspective.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Provides legal advice / opinion.
• Reviews and / or drafts legal documents, agreements, internal policies & procedures.
• Monitors legal proceedings in cooperation with external lawyers.
• Studies jurisprudence and legislation.
• Participates in the sessions of the Association of Commercial Banks.

ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in LLB Law.
• Master’s degree in LLM Law is highly desirable.
