• Have a comprehensive knowledge of collectors, depressants, frothers, and preferably flocculants.
• Apply this understanding to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of metallurgical processes.
• Have regular interaction with the R&D executive to ensure knowledge is achieved on a high level.
• Efficiently manage projects within set timelines and budget constraints.
• Ensure key milestones are achieved, balancing the needs of the metallurgical laboratory and customer sites
• Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines in the metallurgical laboratory and at customer sites.
