Project Management

· Organize and implement Red Cross community programs with focus on Solid WASTE Management.

· Work in partner with Philippine Red Cross staff, volunteers, Chapter Administrator, Project Officers, Community

· Representatives and Local Government Units to successfully implement projects

· Recruit, coach and train volunteers to support the implementation of the different program components. As well facilitates, allocates, and supports the needs of the volunteers.

· Lead the volunteers to successfully deliver community programming.

· Develop and implement sustainable engagement strategies for the community.

· Conducts monitoring through different methodologies such as community assemblies, house to house, focus group discussions, PDM, or any other kind appropriate.

· Relays and follow ups necessary documents in the communities, required by the project.
