Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, conscientious, and friendly Class 5 truck driver to join our Northern Freight team, based in Motueka. Operating one of our late model Scania curtainsiders, this is a day shift position, working mainly around the Marlborough & Tasman regions.

This is a role with plenty of variety and you will be key member of our freight team, providing a high standard of service to both our internal and external customers.

Duties include carting a variety of freight, loading and unloading of units, with regular hours working with a great team.

Qualifications

For this role, you’ll need to:
• Hold a class 5 full license (forklift OSH cert. and F endorsement would be an advantage)
• Preferably have some experience operating b-trains and/or curtainsiders
• Be able to work unsupervised and complete duties efficiently
• Have a positive mindset and enthusiastic work ethic
• Be punctual, reliable, and organised
