Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate procurement team activities for assigned packages, ensuring strict adherence to project goals and procedures.
• Develop and maintain innovative procurement strategies, plans, and budgets.
• Handle supplier pre-qualification, inquiries, tender evaluation, negotiations, purchase orders, and oversee deliveries.
• Skillfully manage changes, warranties, invoice control, and project close-out.
• Collaborate closely with dynamic engineering and integration teams.
• Attain a comprehensive understanding of contracts and detailed knowledge of technical and commercial aspects.
