Qualified and Experienced Maintenance Manager required for Luxury Game Lodges

A diploma/degree in electrical & mechanical engineering ESSENTIAL
Min 5yrs experience in equivalent position in the hospitality industry
Valid Drivers’ License with PRDP essential
Electrical or mechanical skills
Must be able to work under pressure.
Be willing to constantly move between camps.
Have strong analytical skills
Scope of role includes but is not limited to:
General Maintenance of all electrical equipment in the camps i.e., solar plants, generators, water systems and sewage treatment plan
Servicing and maintaining of water pumps, boreholes, and wells.
Regular tests of water and recording water levels
Advice on any upgrade needed for any equipment in camps.
Managing and setting up water and power budgets/costs for the camps
Maintaining and accepting responsibility for equipment
Ensuring that the generators are well serviced, and hours are recorded effectively.
