Do you have Quantity Surveyor experience, and are you seeking a new job in North Of Sweden? SilverBack is looking for full-time Quantity Surveyors of each discipline and the roles come with an attractive contract rate.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements. You will also be scrutinising maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals. Please note that you will be travelling from the office to various sites as required.

In your first few weeks in this Quantity Surveyor role, you can expect to:
• Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents
• Advise managers and clients on improvements and new strategies
• Keep track of materials and order more when required
• Document any changes in design and update budgets
