Responsibilities
• Supervision of the production process;
• Ensures the identification, analysis and elimination of process deviations;
• Leads interdepartmental teams for analyzing process deviations and identifying the generating causes, depending on production needs;
• Proposes the process and product testing plan, to highlight process deviations and participates in their realization, including for new projects;
• Analyzes the collected data and prepares analysis reports with statistical conclusions of the factors that caused process deviations;
• Proposes and follows the action plan established for eliminating the causes of process deviations;
• Reports daily at the departmental level the situation of NPI batches from the previous day and the plan for the next 24 hours;
• Ensures and respects the 5S principles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
• Good communication skills, strong analytical thinking;
