Responsibilities

You will be part of the International Recruitment team for Societe Generale Poland perimeter. Your work will be carried out using computer software dedicated to managing recruitment processes for all business/service units.

Specifically, you will be required to:
• Work with internal Recruitment systems/tools responsible with Job requisitions’ creation and management
• Work closely with HRBPs to review or validate job descriptions and ensure job postings are properly distributed
• Promote new positions internally for SG POLAND employees
• Identify and network with relevant candidates
• Create quality shortlists for managers from applications received
• Have a close collaboration with Hiring Managers to identify the best suited candidates as fast as possible
• Ensure the proper functioning of the recruitment process while respecting relevant procedures, process compliance and guidelines
• Have a permanent focus in achieving the agreed KPIs/SLAs
