Wood is currently sourcing for Materials & Logistics Specialist to join our PNG team. This is a walk-In role, working out of the LNG Plant Site, Port Moresby. Reporting to the In-Country Supply Chain/Procurement Lead, the successful candidate will ensure that required materials are issued to site in line with project requirements, through liaising with construction manager and logistics provider.

Responsibilities
• Compliance with Wood Group’s Supply Chain procedures
• Timely issuing and management of required materials to job sites
• Safety centric work process and behaviors
• Accurate inventory management and reporting of all project materials stored in Wood Warehouse
• Accurate inventory management and reporting of all PPE stored in Wood Warehouse
• Timely and accurate Goods Receipting of all incoming materials
• Manage the inspection of incoming goods, ensuring incoming inventory is accurate to invoice and order
