Join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager, Business Management, where you'll be an integral part of our Product, Sustainability, and Marketing business unit (PSM). In this newly established role, you'll report directly to the Head of Portfolio Performance and be a key advisor to the General Manager PSM and the PSM leadership team.

As the Senior Manager, Business Management you will be responsible for cultivating a culture of disciplined management, fostering collaboration, and driving performance excellence. You'll oversee the operational effectiveness of the PSM business unit, playing a pivotal role in its strategic direction and success.

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include:
