• The Applicant should be able to train courses from at least 2 course categories from the following course categories; Health Safety & Environment (HSE), Oil & Gas, Human Resource, Leadership, Management & Administrative and ISO Management System.
• Delivers and facilitates training and skill development programs and initiatives in support of the company’s training plan, objectives, and brand essence.
• Training sessions will include classroom, online training, and a demonstrative (hands-on) curriculum.
• Review and update existing course materials as dictated by changes in regulations and/or programs.
• Incorporates measurement and assessment tools to support all training.
• Performs administrative duties to coordinate training and track the completion of training, scheduling of classes and resources, and compile and prepare statistical information on training program status.
