Requirements
• Candidate must possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering;
• At least 5 - 7 years of working experience in facility management especially in high rise building;
• Must have proven and strong project management skills and capability;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
• Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills;
• Organized, efficient and results oriented; and
• Possess good skills in problem identification and problem solution.

Responsibilities
• Leading project implementation or provide technical advises and support to project implementation;
• Prepare and revise engineering documents, drawings, risk assessments, method statements, safe work procedures, operations and maintenance manuals for all necessary works;
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and relevant authorities on their engineering requests;
