Primary Purpose

Accountable to the CEO, the Finance and Business Operations Manager is responsible for managing the financial, human, and related business processes. He/She develops and enforces effective business processes and internal controls and ensures that business and operations are conducted in compliance with UX4MATION practices, policies, procedures, and guidelines.

The Finance and Business Operations Manageris the primary contact for any internal or external business involving the financial operation of the unit. He/she will be part of the Management Team, and participate in both financial and resource management, and strategic planning decisions.
