1. Overseeing the operation work of the bank, assisting in the management of the bank's operation team; operation risk management; interfacing with other departments on operation work, and ultimately ensuring that the bank's operation is in line with the overall strategic objectives of the bank.
2. Take the lead and initiative in designing and optimizing various business processes across the bank, identifying, controlling, handling, and reducing operational risks, and proposing positive improvements to reduce operational costs.
3. Take the lead and initiative in checking the daily work of the Bank's clearing, counter, customer service and other operational lines to ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements.
