Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Internship - Corporate Secretary Function at Etiqa General Cambodia located in Phnom Penh. The Corporate Secretary intern will be responsible for supporting the Manager/Dep. in managing and executing the administrative functions of the department. This includes maintaining corporate records, assisting with governance matters, complying with legal regulations, and supporting board of directors' meetings.

Qualifications
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of corporate governance and regulations
