Job Description:
• HR partner for local departments and global sites.
• Responsible for Human Resources activities through the employment life cycle –onboarding, compensation and benefits, welfare, career development, termination, etc.
• Support in HR strategy decision making and yearly plans.
• Responsible for HR System and it’s administration.
• Participate in Welfare and HR projects as a part of our HR team.

Job Requirements:

Education:
• BA degree
• Courses & certificates in relevant fields - an advantage

Job skills:
• 2-5 years’ experience as an HRBP/Specialist.
• Experience in Global organizations – Big advantage.
• Strong ability to diagnose and analyze situations, bringing and promoting solutions to management.
