Key Competencies:

To effectively manage the day-to-day service of the arcade & casino.
To be proactive in dealing with customer related problems and escalate them to the manager if required.
To work with and report to the Manager on a daily basis any ongoing issues that are not resolved same day.
To observe all security measures.
To ensure our systems are fully compliant with regards to current legislation and to ensure that these systems comply with current Health and Safety guidelines.
Assist the project team when required with machine system installs and gaming floor moves.
To carry out any other duties that may be reasonably requested from time to time.

High level of customer interaction skills.
Ability to be self-motivated.

Have a solid interest in IT and computing.
Have great communications skills.
