Job Overview

The Plant Lead is responsible of leading the full scope of his/her location as well as to ensure the implementation of TE Auto’s strategy. Actively drives implementation of TE Auto’s standards, using TEOA & Lean Manufacturing concepts.

Her/his operations related decisions are closely aligned with all other functions, manages plant operations and ensures compliance with all relevant policies, is responsible for meeting production schedules, shipping, maintaining, quality, controlling manufacturing costs, implementing continuous improvement and promoting good employee and community relations.
