Minimum of five (5) years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Must have knowledge and experience in all aspects of production introduction and validation of new product, manufacturing process development, product design, equipment and tooling validation, and project management .

English level- Advanced (Reading and Writing that allow fluid, Presentations and/or Participation in Negotiation Processes).

The Coatings Development Engineer will conduct laboratory studies on proposals to develop coatings and paint products. This individual will apply quantitative and qualitative chemical and engineering principles, knowledge of materials, and material science to the development of new products and reformulation of existing products.
