Join us as a Customer Literature Lead
• Take on a leading role as you provide effective strategy definition and execution across the product delivery and sales teams in the bank
• You’ll be using competitor and customer feedback to complete market gap analysis and confirm our long term vision and goals
• We’ll look to you to implement internal and external lead generation initiatives by using social media and content production
• We're offering this role for a period of eight months
What you'll do

In this key role, you’ll create and oversee the annual content and events calendars to make sure that we provide customers with a seamless experience that aligns with the brand. You’ll own our event strategy, and deliver the best in client experience.
