JOB TITLE - JERSEY SPRINGFIELD SITE MANAGER

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take ownership for their individual site, liaising with the Operations Manager where necessary.
• Plan, co-ordinate and organise the operations of the forecourt.
• Oversee the management of employees within their team to ensure the forecourt is adequately manned and to work with the Operations Manager to ensure current staffing practices meet with current employment laws.
• Work with the Operations Manager to determine products and services to be sold, ensuring adequate levels of stock are maintained and stock taking policies are followed at all times. Also to ensure stock is displayed in a way that will be inviting to the customer.
• Review and sign off all timesheets and holiday requests, ensuring all shifts are covered and employees absence is recorded.
