We seek to recruit an IT Support Specialist to be based in our Nicosia office, who will be reporting to the Group IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities
• Providing 1st and 2nd level IT on-site and remote support to employees in several countries.
• Supporting Windows systems and services: Desktops, Printers and Servers.
• Supporting and ensuring maintenance of IT infrastructure: Wireless/wired networks, passive/active network devices and LAN/WAN services.
• Supporting and ensuring maintenance of company IP telephony system, end user phones, fax, etc.
