• Setup cost center for each function, department and manufacturing process, monthly expense analysis for each dept. between actual VS. budget for better cost/expense control and act for big variance. 为各职能、部门和生产流程建立成本中心，每月对各部门进行实际与预算的费用分析，以更好地控制成本/费用，并对较大的差异采取措施。
• Systemically understand bulk raw material market price trend and randomly check from the market, and make sure material cost competitive. 系统了解大宗原材料市场价格趋势，并从市场中随机抽查，确保原材料成本具有竞争力。
• Monitor material inflation/pass through, ensure purchasing price and selling price is accurate recorded, maintained and regularly check. 监控物料通胀/过账，确保采购价格和销售价格的准确记录、维护和定期检查制作。
