The Position

You will be responsible for implementing sales and premier account support.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
• Know premier account and develop the target market. Follow up responsible premier accounts and optimize the use of expenses budget.
• Implement overall business strategy to keep a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and result cross BAs’ sustainable growth and yearly target is achieved.
• Build and own strong partnership with leverage of resources for ensuring premier accounts’ requirements is met; Drive the Roche portfolio synergy to provide premier account business solutions.
• Manage suitable distributor network, assist and monitor performance of distributors.
• Observe competitors closely and cooperation with tendering team and follow up the process in the area.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross functions internally to ensure the business efficiency.
