Our client – an iGaming operator - are looking for an experienced and target driven Head of Affiliates who will be leading the Affiliate department for their online casino and sportsbook platform. The role is hybrid from their office in Yerevan.

Main responsibilities:
• Affiliation account management across several international markets
• Management of a portfolio of high value affiliate accounts
• Monitoring and analysing affiliate performance to develop forecasts in line with budgets
• Managing, mentoring, and training the Affiliate department.
• Take responsibility for the Affiliate targets, to meet the objectives and ROI guidelines
• Growing and development of the Affiliate team
• Develop Affiliate program marketing campaigns
• Implement strategies to increase quality

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in affiliate management in online casino operator
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of team management.
