RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensures a safe launch of new projects by specifying the project requirements
• Analyzes and identifies risks
• Meets agreed project targets
• Ensures the use of standard processes, methods and tools
• Is responsible for change management
• Handles mass production changes requested
• Plans, controls, keeps track and reports project status
• Assures project launch from quality, cost and time perspective
• Generates, monitors and adjusts the detailed implementation project plan
