Hireforce, are working with a International Manufacturing Group who are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their team in Longford. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong accounting skills to contribute to the success of their organisation.

Reporting to the Financial Controller the Accounts Assistant will be involved in the day-to-day processing of invoices, reconciliations and other ad-hoc duties within the Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently processing invoices.
• Dealing with supplier queries in a timely manner.
• Preparation of supplier reconciliations and other accounts payable transactions.
• Managing the process of weekly and monthly supplier payment runs.
• Assist with the year-end external audit and internal audit.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Experience in a similar role (1-2 years’ experience).
