● Monitor Project scope, time, quality, and budget as part of the end-to-end project management process.

● Drafting project plans, including a work plan as well as a scope and approach document.

● Ensure necessary policies and procedures are followed before mobilizing subcontractors to the site.

● Overall project planning, distributing resources, time management, and risk management.

● Managing relationships with key stakeholders.

● Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

● Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.

● Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.

● Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.

Requirements
