Our client, a trailblazer in engineering. project development, and consulting services is looking to hire a Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.

• Select and manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet project specifications.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.

• Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety s'andards.

• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.

• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. A post-graduate degree would be an added advantage.

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on post-graduation experience in construction project

management.
