Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the R&D Department to propose the adoption of technologies already available in the factory;
• To collect specifications, to design, to develop and to implement the manufacturing processes including lay-out, definition of organization and levelling of assembly line workload, selection of tools machinery and suppliers, definition of routing times and material logistic flow for assembly line and work center;
• Support all the Functions for analyzing “make” or “buy” solutions;
• Follow and support the technical team with all necessary information for equipment planning and installation on the production departments;
• Coordinate pre-series and production launch phases and serve as the technical/organizational reference throughout the product's lifecycle, continuously bringing about product and process improvements;
