The company is in a constant expansion and development. We are looking for Deputy Store Managers to coordinate the activity from our stores. Our ideal candidate needs to have the following competencies and be ready of enjoying the bellow activities:

Responsibilities:
• Ensures, leads and supervises the entire activity within the store.
• Propose measures to optimize the store's profitability, up to the category level.
• Constantly identifies, in a pro-active way, solutions for constant improvement of the entire activity in the store.
• Supervises compliance with the planogram in the store and the timely application of any changes.
• Supervises and offers mentoring to the team he/she coordinates.
