Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff and schedules, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on transportation, logistics, or related industries
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Evidence of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, such as DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA
