Sales Manager responds for study the feedback from market and propose strategy in order to achieve the company target with profitable oriented. This position has to ensure that the company’s sale tools are available in order to strengthen the sales team’s abilities and well prepare for introducing the product to the clients/customer. He/she has to check the new entry competitors and similar business activities and listen to the market are needed for this position and seeking for opportunity to expend the service coverage serviced available in the market.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor on sale plan continuously.

• Work closely with sales members to assist, develop and implement project channel growth with strategy in effort to drive profitable sales and pipeline growth.

• Monitoring sales pipeline and supporting subordinate based on professionalism to achieve target.
